Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting rod bearing capable of suppressing the generation of vibration and noise.SOLUTION: A connecting rod bearing 16 comprises: a rotary disc 6 serving as an inner ring; an input-side annular portion 15a serving as an outer ring; rollers 101; and a holder 103 holding each roller 101. An accommodation portion 103a accommodating therein each roller 101, a piston chamber 103b, and a communication passage 103c communicating the accommodation portion 103a with the piston chamber 103b are provided in the holder 103. A piston 105 is inserted into the piston chamber 103b to be able to abut on the input-side annular portion 15a. Lubricating oil is filled into the piston chamber 103b. When the piston 105 abuts on the input-side annular portion 15a and forced into the piston chamber 103b, then the lubricating oil flows into the accommodation portion 103a via the communication passage 103c and the roller 101 is pressed against the input-side annular portion 15a.
