PURPOSE: To enable an interface cable of a compact information apparatus to be carried without damaging the portability of the apparatus by providing hooks attached to both ends of a belt body and an interface cable built in the belt body.

CONSTITUTION: Holes 5a, 5b to which connectors 2a, 2b of an interface cable 2 are exposed are provided near hooks 1a, 1b. Parts other than the connector of the interface cable 2 are protectively built in a belt body 3. Covers 4a, 4b protect the connectors 2a, 2b. After one end 6 of four ends is fixed to the belt and other three ends are folded to protect the connector, the connectors are engaged with the belt body 3 by magic fasteners 7 or the like. Magic fasteners 8 are on the belt body 3 side. The portable belt 1 can be carried while being hung on the shoulder or gripped by a hand.
