A belt clamp includes a band 10 formed with a tooth groove 11, a body 20, a buckle part 30, and a throttle bolt 40, and in the body, an inclined edge 23 and an inclined long hole 24 are respectively formed on a side plate 22 formed in a base 21 in face-contact with one end of the band to be inserted, and the buckle part 30 is provided with first and second axis holes 32, 34 on a support plate 31 rotated at an upper part between the side plates, and has a rotary shaft 33 fitted into the inclined long hole and a locking step part 35 to be freely locked with the inclined edge, and further has a stopper 36 to be locked with so as to cover the side plate. The throttle bolt 40 has a screw thread which is fitted to the second axis hole and rotated freely and is meshed with the tooth groove 11 of the band, and is composed of snap grooves 25 in which snap protrusions 37 protruded to the inner side of the stopper are fitted and which are respectively drilled and formed on outer sides of the side plate.
