Abstract:
To provide binding methods and use methods of androgen receptor targeting agents (ARTA).
The agents define a new subclass of selective androgen receptor modulators (SARM) compounds. Several SARM compounds are found to have an unexpected androgenic and anabolic activity of a nonsteroidal ligand for the androgen receptor. The SARM compounds are usable for production of medicines for spermatogenesis suppression, male contraception, hormone therapy, hormone replacement therapy, hormone-related condition therapy, prostatic cancer and dry eye conditions.
