Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of increase in operation sound and instability in action caused by deviation in change timing of supply power to a motor.SOLUTION: A binding process device includes a sheet bundle formation part which receives sheets and stacks them in a plurality of numbers to form a sheet bundle, a stapler which is equipped with a DC motor and executes stapling action in which a staple needle is inserted for bending into the sheet bundle by a driving force of rotation of the DC motor, a power supply part which adjusts power and supplies the adjusted power to the motor, a sensor 52 which detects a change timing of a supply power to the DC motor after starting of the stapling action based on a rotational amount of the motor, and a supply power control part which makes the power supply part change the supply power to the motor at the change timing that is detected by the sensor 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
