Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an objective blended product excellent in fresh feeling and medicinal effect, useful for taking a necessary quantity of the effective component of Eucommia ulmoides, made by mixing tea leaves from Eucommia ulmoides and/or an extract from Eucommia ulmoides leaves with an UME (Japanese apricot)-extract and easy to be processed into beverages, candies, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This blended product is made by blended blending (A) tea leaves of Eucommia ulmoides and/or an extract from Eucommia ulmoides leaves with (B) an UME-extract. The nasty smell and bitter taste specific to Eucommia ulmoides tea can be removed by the scent and acid taste of UME. The blended product can be processed in various goods forms.
