PURPOSE: To enable a bar code read part to read a bar code print part without being affected by a shrinkage or waving of a TAT ticket even if the TAT ticket that is conveyed in a conveyance path shrinks or waves.

CONSTITUTION: This boarding card issuing machine issues a boarding card by reading information out of the bar code print part by the bar code read part 7 facing the conveyance path 8 while conveying the TAT ticket having the bar code print part in the conveyance path 8 formed of a couple of conveyance guides 9 and 10. The interval of the conveyance path 8 nearby the bar code read part 7 is made narrow and even if the TAT ticket conveyed in the conveyance path 8 shrinks or waves, the ticket which shrinks or wave is made flat when passing nearby the bar code read part 7 which is formed having a narrow interval, so that the bar code print part is read by the bar code read part 7 always in the flat state.
