Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dampen the vibration of a bobbin holder without requiring high accuracy for the axis concentricity between the bobbin holder and a support member by supporting the free end section of the bobbin holder with the elastic support member.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid pressure cylinder 18A is provided at the free end section of a stanchion 3 opposite to a turret table, and a rod 21A connected to the piston 22A of the fluid pressure cylinder 18A is connected to an arm 6A via a joint 17 and a piston 15A. A shaft 7A is fixed at the tip of the arm 6A to form a member removably supporting the free end section of a bobbin holder. A ring 25A made of an elastic body such as rubber and having a circular cross section is fitted to a groove formed on the periphery of the shaft 7A. A bearing 26A is fitted at the tip of the shaft 14A of the bobbin holder. The ring 25A is coupled with the inner ring of the bearing 26A.
