Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make easy to conduct a curling motion of an arm by arranging a lever arm with a pivot axis fixed to a cam in front lower side of an arm pad. CONSTITUTION: A weight 6 is hung at one end of a rope 7, the other end of which is connected to a cam 9 through a rope wheel 8. In addition, a lever arm 11 fixed with a pivot axis to the cam 9 is arranged under a front side of an arm pad 4 and also a curl bar 13 with changeable distance from the arm pad 4 is fitted at an end of the lever arm 11. A user can conduct effective curling motion of an arm by sitting on a seat 12 and contacting an arm to the arm pad to grasp and lift the curl bar 13. And, the curl bar 13 can be made easily to use by making the distance of the curl bar 13 from the arm pad 4 changeable and agree to length of the arm.
