PURPOSE: To obtain an easily handleable seasoned boiled egg having good preservability in cooked state by boring a small hole on egg shell, inserting a thin tube into the egg and pouring a seasoning or spice into the egg.

CONSTITUTION: A small hole 7 is bored in egg shell 2 preferably at the top of an air cell 9, a thin tube 6 such as injection needle is inserted into the egg and a seasoning or spice is injected through the thin tube 6. The seasoned egg is heated in steam or in a pressure pan to obtain a seasoned boiled egg.
