Abstract:
To recover and reuse a neutralizer and assure the use of a slurrylike neutralizer.
In a boiler flue gas processing method after an alkaline neutralizer is added into flue gas to remove sulfur oxide in the flue gas, dust is collected with an electric dust collector 4, and an ash fraction 7 involving the foregoing neutralizer after adsorption of SO3 is melted to produce gypsum 15 and alkaline hydroxide 16, which gypsum 15 and alkaline hydroxide 16 are then separated. The slurrylike alkaline hydroxide 16 is introduced intactly into a bypass duct 22 connected with a boiler flue gas main duct 21 for its vaporization and drying, and is then forced to join the foregoing boiler flue gas main duct 21 for addition as a neutralizer.
