Abstract:

PURPOSE: To extremely simplify a design by a method wherein the pivotal support point on the car body side of a working tool cylinder is set to a specified position, in an inverted Z link type boom device which is applicable for a working vehicle and designed to effect especially horizontal correction.
CONSTITUTION: A boom device comprises a boom 2; a working tool 3: a bell crank 4: a push rod 5; and a working tool cylinder 6. A pivotal coupling point between the working tool cylinder 6 and the bell crank 4 when the working tool 3 is located on a position on a ground is taken as F, the bell crank 4 of the working tool 6 when the working tool 3 is situated in a maximum reach position is taken as F1, and a pivotal coupling point between the working tool cylinder 6 and the bell crank 4 when the working tool 3 is situated in a maximum lifting position of the working tool 3 is taken as F2. An intersection G between a vertical bisector H of a line segment for intercoupling the pivotal coupling points F and F1 and a vertical bisector 3 of a line segment for intercoupling the pivotal coupling points F1 and F2 is set at the pivotal coupling point on the car body side of the working tool cylinder 6. In this case, the working tool 3 is brought into a horizontal state in a ground position, in a maximum reach position, and a maximum lift position.
