Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and reduce the manufacturing cost of a booster by providing a stopping device to a control valve and constituting the system in such a manner that the control valve is interlocked by means of a piston at its stroke-end via a spring, as an energy storing means. CONSTITUTION:U-shaped annular grooves 20A and 20B are formed at the middle of a control valve 5 and at an equal interval, and these U-shaped grooves 20A and 20B are pressed by a spring 23. Inner holes are formed at the tip of projected parts 28A and 28B of covers 27A and 27B, and change-over springs 29A and 29B as well as pins 30A and 30B are insterted into these inner holes in a freely slidable manner. With this contrivance, although both a change-over valve and a control valve have been needed so far to supply the primary fluid alternately to a large-diameter piston 3, a change-over valve can be dispensed with, or only a control valve 5 is needed. As a result, the structure of a booster becomes simple and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
