The braider has a braider body 2 for braiding the triaxial braid 12 by arranging a center yarn Y3 oriented in the center axis direction of a mandrel 11, with a pair of yarns Y1 and Y2 arranged at a prescribed braiding angle to the center yarn Y3 by a braiding method, and a loop device 4 for arranging a reinforcing yarn Y4 oriented in the nearly perpendicular direction to the center axis of the mandrel 11 on the triaxial braid.
