Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device capable of obtaining a sufficiently large brake force regardless of the rotation speed difference between two members.SOLUTION: A brake device includes: a first rotor 10 which has at least the main surface extending in the direction intersecting with an axis O and rotates around the axis; and a second rotor 20 which is arranged opposite to at least the main surface of the first rotor and rotates around the axis. In the first rotor, on the main surface, either one of a conductor plate 21 and a hysteresis plate 22 or a magnet group 11 is provided, and in the second rotor, on the surface opposite to the main surface of the first rotor, the other one of the conductor plate and the hysteresis plate or the magnet group is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
