Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and correctly diagnose a state of a brake of a motor with a brake.SOLUTION: A brake diagnosis system 100 is a system for diagnosing abnormality of a brake on a robot 10 and comprises: a robot arm 102 which is driven by a motor with a brake; and a controller 103 for controlling the robot arm 102 through a cable L1. The system comprises: a bypass unit 1 comprising a terminal arranged between the controller 103 and the cable L1 and supplying a voltage to a brake line 65 of a motor M of the cable L1, and a line 11 for supplying power for a motor generated by the controller 103 to motor power lines 61-63 of the cable L1; and a measurement unit 2 connected to the terminal, supplying a brake voltage to a brake B, and measuring a voltage when the brake B is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
