Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve brazing strength while suppressing the consumption of a flux and preventing environmental pollution.
CONSTITUTION: After respective constituting members are combined, a refrigerant taking-out port 17 is communicated with a flux supply source and a refrigerant feed port 16 with a negative pressure source, respectively. The powdery flux is applied on the inside surfaces of the respective constituting members by this coating operation and thereafter, these members are brazed by heating. Elements 6, 6 and fins 12, 12 are brazed by the flux vapor leaking out of butt parts.
