Abstract:

To withstand an impact when a mixing bag vertically moves and to retain the cleanliness by its nonadhesiveness.

This bread making tray used for the bread maker is characterized in having a nonadhesive ceramic layer on the surface of the bread making tray. The nonadhesive ceramic layer is preferably provided on the inner surface of the bread making tray. Or, the nonadhesive ceramic layer is preferably formed by a sol-gel process. This constitution can withstand the impact when the mixing bag vertically moves and retain the cleanliness of the bread making tray by its non adhesiveness.
