To provide a brush end polishing apparatus for polishing the ends of individual filaments forming a brush nearly in a circular shape.

A transportation rail 2 is arranged with chain conveyors 3 having holders 33 at a set interval for holding inter-dental brushes 11. In a manner to oppose the inter-dental brushes 11 held on the holder 33, on the other hand, a polishing tool 4 having a polishing face of a cylindrical hole shape matching the outer circumference shape of a brush 14 of the inter-dental brush 11 is made rotatable on the axis of each of the inter-dental brushes 11 and arranged vertically movably along the axis. The chain conveyor 3 is driven to convey the inter-dental brushes 11 intermittently by a set length. When the inter-dental brushes 11 move to individual positions to confront the polishing tool 4, the polishing tool 4 moves up and down while rotating with respect to the brushes 14 of the opposed inter-dental brushes 11 thereby to polish the tips of the brushes 14.
