Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush holding device capable of installing a brush without temporarily holding a pigtail and to provide an assembly method.SOLUTION: The brush holding device of a motor is capable of installing a brush 2 without temporarily holding a pigtail 1 by inserting a brush 2 and brush spring 3 in this order from an opening part 4a formed at a surface opposite to a commutator 10 of a brush box 4 in a state where a pigtail 1 is extracted from a slit 4b formed at the brush box 4 to block the opening part 4a with a cap 5 so that the brush 2 may be pressed to the commutator 10 during assembling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
