Title:
BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018129922
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional brushless DC motor in which: temperature detected by a thermosensitive resistance element easily varies influenced by service conditions and design requirements; and an increase in the number of circuit components degrades reliability and prevents cost reduction and size reduction because of the constitution in which temperature rise of the motor is suppressed by determining the temperature using components other than the thermosensitive resistance element or semiconductors.SOLUTION: A constitution provided with a thermosensitive resistance element 12 for lowering a voltage, as a speed instruction signal given from a speed instruction section 9 to a duty determination section 10, by increasing a resistance in response to a temperature rise, detecting a temperature of a connection terminal for connecting a motor driver IC 16 to a printed circuit board, suppresses temperature rise of a stator winding even without specific temperature determination means. Therefore, a highly reliable, low-cost, and compact brushless DC motor is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
