Abstract:
To provide a brushless motor capable of securing circularity of an insulator which is mounted in a stator core, accurately positioning circumferential positions and axial heights of a stator magnetic pole of the stator core and a Hall element of a circuit board, and securing electrical insulation polarities of wiring.SOLUTION: A board spacer 13 which positions an insulator 7 and a circuit board 10 at least in a circumferential direction is assembled between the insulator 7 and the circuit board 10. Therefore, a stator magnetic pole 6d is positioned with respect to the board spacer 13 at least in the circumferential direction between the insulator 7 and the board spacer 13, and a Hall IC 11 is positioned with respect to the board spacer 13 at least in the circumferential direction between the circuit board 10 and the board spacer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
