Title:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3605072
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor wherein the thickness thereof can be further reduced.
SOLUTION: In the brushless motor 10, a circuit board 16 having a resist layer 54 which covers wiring 52 on a base material 50 is placed on a flux plate 14 placed on a base member 12. Coils 25 are placed on the resist layer 54 of the circuit board 16. The ends 68 of wires led out of the coils 25 on the inner circumferential side 25a are led out in the outward direction, making effective use of spaces formed in exposed portions 62 of the base material. Thus, the influences of the wires 68 passing under the coils 25 are avoided, and the coils 25 and magnets 31 can be kept in proximity to each other. This is effective in further reducing the thickness of the brushless motor 10. Especially, in a thin brushless motor 10 having a small rotor 30 wherein the gap between the magnets 31 and the coils 25 is less than 0.5 mm, this constitution becomes effective and the gap can be kept on the order of several microns.
