Title:
BUBBLE JET PRINT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05338171
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute accurate alignment of components in a two-component structure by providing a heater means having a plurality of heaters each including an electric driving circuit, respectively.

CONSTITUTION: A ring groove 492 as well as a heater 493 formed to be diffused therein are extended in a direction of a nozzle tip 486. A thermal diffuser 491 is provided similarly. The advantages of this structure are easy thermal connection, easy thermal diffusion, easy self-filling and easy manufacturing. The disadvantages are the facts that a bubble generating direction is a direction crossing an ink ejecting direction and it is not easy to vary a length of the heater 493. Another disadvantage is that as a rate of a heat transferring to a silicon substrate 130 is raised, the heat is possibly wasted.
