Abstract:
To provide a building material production device and a building material production method suitable for changing in a receiver width direction per deposition quantity of building raw material on a receiver for building material production that receives building raw material under a sieve part for sieving building raw material.SOLUTION: A building material production device comprises: a sieve part 10; and a receiver 30 receiving building raw material passed through the meshes thereof. The sieve part 10 includes sheets respectively capable of wave motion upon device working, also inclined and lining up in an inclination direction thereof, and the series of sheets include: sieve sheets 12; and sieve sheets 13 at the lower position therefrom. In each sieve sheet 12, meshes of the same size are lined up at equal pitches in a sheet width direction W. In each sieve sheet 13, meshes with two or more different sizes are lined up in a sheet width direction W, or a mesh region R1 and a non-mesh region R2 are lined up. The receiver 30 is movable below the series of sheets. A building material production method has a process where a mat having a first layer by a sieve sheet 12 mesh passage and a second layer by a sieve sheet 13 mesh passage in the building material M is formed on the receiver 30 using the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
