BUILDING METHOD OF REINFORCED CONCRETE WALL USING PC SLAB

Abstract:

PURPOSE: To build a thick reinforced concrete wall relatively simply by providing steel framed studs between PC slabs as a wall formwork, and holding reinforcement with the steel framed studs.

CONSTITUTION: PC slabs 20 provided with sleeves, embedding plates, and embedding plate stud dowels, and H-steel 22 projectingly provided with stud dowels 24, are prepared. Wall formworks 12 are constituted by providing the H-steel 22 between respective PC slabs 20. Horizontal reinforcement 14b are fixed to the stud dowels 24 projected from the H-steel 22. Building adjusting jigs 30 are fitted to the lower end parts outside the walls of the H-steel 22, and scaffold brackets 32 are fitted to the middle parts. The wall formworks 12 fitted with the building adjusting jigs 30 and the scaffold brackets 32 are built in opposing each other at a prescribed interval on the part position where a reinforced concrete wall is to be built. After building the wall formworks, vertical reinforcement 14a are fitted to the horizontal reinforcement so as to constitute gratings. After completing reinforcement arranging work, concrete 36 is placed between the wall formworks.
