Boom spans 1, 2, 4, 5 formed by assembling boom parts 6-7, 15, 17, 18 are combined with the main body 3 of the block pallet having a shape resembling the pallets of a forklift in freely extensible/contractible manner, and one block pallet is constituted. One block pallet can be used for a tent, a parking space, a bridge, a car chassis, etc. A plurality of the block pallets are assembled lengthwise, breadthwise and deeply, and can be employed for a container, a trailer house, a house, a space station, a multistory parking space, a building the hull of a ship, the planes and air frame of an aircraft, the boom of a crane, etc.
