PURPOSE: To avoid thermal influence by extending part of a heat transfer member disposed inside a cabinet in horizontal direction, and forming the part as a shelf for placing a cable in the cabinet.
CONSTITUTION: A fin part 9a extended horizontally of a fin 9 places cables 51 to provide a function as a shelf or a holder capable of holding them. That is, the part of a cooling fin 1 is extended to the side as a shelf, the cables 51 are placed on the shelflike fin part 9a to be contained therein. Accordingly, the cables 51 can be effectively protected against hot gas rising in the cabinet interior 44 by a heat shielding action of the part 9a. Since the heats of the cables 51 are transferred directly through the part 9a in contact therewith to be externally discharged, the temperature rise of the entire cables 51 can be remarkably reduced.
