PURPOSE: To realize ensuring the safety for an operator with a conserved space at low cost in the manner of avoiding the danger being liable to hurt the operator due to the movement of a movable part, in respect to a cabinet provided with the movable part moving by a motor-driven operation.

CONSTITUTION: The cabinet is provided with the constitution consisting of the movable part 5, a driving means 4 to move the movable part 5, an operating means 1 to instruct a moving operation of the movable part 5, a time counting means 3 to count the time, and a control means 2 to move the movable part 5 by controlling the driving means 4, after the waiting time is counted based on the result of the counted time outputted from the time counting means 3 and the waiting time is elapsed when the operating means 1 is operated to instruct the moving operation of the movable part 5.
