To provide a campaign execution system and method capable of delivering IDs and executing a campaign, without separately performing works for delivering the IDs.

A commodity application form posting a customer ID is transmitted to a customer recorded in a customer database 20 as normal business. The customer accesses an application management server 10 through a customer terminal 30 and takes part in the campaign by use of the customer ID posted in the form. The application management server 10 collates the customer ID from the customer with the customer ID recorded in the customer database 20 and determines win or lose. In case of winning, the effect is reported to the customer to urge the customer to input a prize transmitting destination.
