Abstract:
To easily produce a bulky woven fabric of carbon fiber while preventing the loosening, fluffing or peeling of the filaments of a multifilament carbon fiber bundle without laminating a large number of woven fabric sheets in the case of producing a woven fabric with carbon fiber bundle yarns.
A carbon fiber bundle yarn is formed by the rolling stitch of an engaging yarn 4 made of a synthetic fiber yarn on one or multiple carbon fiber bundles 3 obtained by bundling multifilaments. A desired woven fabric 5 is woven by using the carbon fiber bundle yarn as the warp and the weft, and a plurality of the woven fabrics 5 are laminated and used as a reinforcing material.
