The carcass thigh meat removing apparatus includes: a freely lifting chute 6 arranged at the lower side of a thigh hook 3; a guide part 7 that is erected on the chute 6 and pushes up the porker M1 or the large weight M2 while evading the thigh hook 3 and guides in the withdraw direction of the hook part 3a of the thigh hook 3; a thigh hook guide plate 9 that decides the horizontal direction position of the thigh hook 3; and a thigh hook arm pressing part 5 that sandwiches and presses the arm 3a of the thigh hook 3 from the upper side with the lifting of the chute 6 and restricts the swing of the thigh hook and decides the vertical direction position of the thigh hook 3, wherein the heights of the thigh hook guide plate 9 and the thigh hook arm pressing part 5, and the lifting position of the chute 6 can be changed depending on the perpendicular size of the thigh meat that is hung.
