To provide a cardboard transfer device capable of transferring several tens of sheets of a cardboard to a carrying surface of a carry-out conveyor as a mass without causing deformation while reversing upper-lower surfaces of the cardboard.
The cardboard transfer device has a carry-in conveyor A journaled in a forward inclined attitude so as to be tiltable from a vertically erected attitude and the carry-out conveyor B continuing with the carry-in conveyor. When the carry-in conveyor is in a vertically erected attitude, the cardboard P such as several hundreds of sheets of corrugated boards is placed on a base arm 22, and the cardboard is pushed out forward by performing carrying operation by setting the carry-in conveyor in the forward inclined attitude, and several tens of sheets of the cardboard P on the carry-in conveyor are lifted as a mass by a lifting device arranged in the carry-in conveyor. A hooking/push-out mechanism D is arranged in an upper part of the carry-in conveyor, and a cardboard mass is tiled in a forward lay-down shape by pushing out the cardboard mass forward by making the hooking/push-out mechanism engaged with an upper edge of the cardboard mass. A cardboard receiving mechanism E is also arranged in the carry-out conveyor for erecting a receiving arm 64 obliquely forward, and the cardboard mass tilted by the hooking/push-out mechanism is received in an oblique state by the receiving arm.
