To provide a carriage equipped with casters which is usable on soft and hard snow road surfaces varying by snowfall and accumulation of snow in area of a long winter period with a lot of snow to cause difficulty in transport of things on it because tracks and distortions form steps to make the casters bend to cause deviation from the course or get buried in snow to cause collapse of loads.

This snow/snowless carriage is composed of a load-carrying part 2, caster parts 3, sleigh parts 4, and a changing mechanism part 5. The caster parts 3, the sleigh parts 4, and the changing mechanism part 5 are disposed on a lower surface of the load-carrying part 2. The changing mechanism part 5 is operated to alternately set the caster parts 3 and the sleigh parts 4 usable.
