Abstract:
To provide a carrier device high in freedom of arrangement of a circuit pattern on a substrate and capable of carrying a thin and flexible substrate such as a sheet type flexible substrate.
This carrier device to carry a printed board includes: a carrier mechanism constituted to vertically hold the printed board of a carrying object with a roller or a belt and to give driving force to carry the printed board to at least either one of the roller and the belt; and a carrying width adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting carrying width in correspondence with width of the printed board.
