Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enlarge the allowable carrying load of a mold carrying roller and, at the same time, facilitate the mounting of the carrying roller.
CONSTITUTION: On the movable platen 1 of an injection molder, a threaded hold 29 and a supporting hold 28 are provided in series. In the supporting hold 28, the supporting part 22 of a supporting cylinder 12, onto the pivotally supporting part 23 of which a roller member 14 is rotatingly fitted. An annular flange 25 is provided between the supporting part 22 and the pivotally supporting part 23. The outline dimension D of the annular flange part 25 is set to be larger than the inside diameter dimension A of the supporting hole 28 and smaller than the outline dimension B of the roller member 14. By fitting a bolt 16, which is inserted in the cylinder hold 15 of the supporting cylinder 12, to the threaded hole 29, the annular flange part 25 is pressed through the supporting cylinder 12 against the movable platen 1.
