PURPOSE: To provide a device which can take out cassette halves being aligned in a carton together with the carton, open the lid and edges of the carton and turn it by 180°, and align and feed the cassette halves only to the next process.

CONSTITUTION: The title cassette half feeding device consists of a pusher part 3 which takes out a carton 1 from a magazine frame 12 one by one, a diagonal rotary supporting body 4 which opens the lid of the taken out carton, a diagonal opening/supporting body 6 which opens a pair of edges in the diagonal direction, a rotaty operating body 7 which reverses the carton 1 by 180°, and a carton discharge unit 9, and it is constituted in such a manner that cassette halves 2 under an aligned condition can be fed to the next process without manually taking the cassette halves 2 from the carton 1 one by one, by performing a series of motions mechanically.
