Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article taking-out machine in which the displacement vibration of an attachment can be suppressed in a shorter period of time than before without using a large-sized electrically-driven actuator by using active control.SOLUTION: The active control device 31 performs an active control after the vibration amplitude of the displacement vibration of the taking-out head 23 which serves as an attachment, has attenuated to a predetermined magnitude or becomes a state where it can be regarded as being attenuated, by positioning control by using a servo motor. During the initial active control, the vibration control is performed by positioning control by using a servo motor, and later, a vibration control by active control by using the electrically-driven actuator 25 is performed. As the electrically-driven actuator 25, a lightweight and small-sized one can be used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
