The outer circumferential part in the vicinity of the tip and the outer circumferential part near the basal part based on the axial direction of a bore pin 3 are provided with ball plungers 5, 6 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, respectively. In the three ball plungers 5 provided at the outer circumferential part in the vicinity of the tip and the three ball plungers 6 provided at the outer circumferential part near the basal part, phases are shifted by 60 when viewed from the axial direction. Further, each ball plunger 6 is provided at the part in which a piston ring in the vicinity of the upper dead point of a piston is located.
