Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy casting manufacturing method capable of suppressing manufacturing cost and degradation of quality.SOLUTION: A casting mold comprises: a lost form pattern 13 that includes a bottomed cap pattern section 18 having an opening and a flange pattern section 19 provided to project outward along an opening end portion of the cap pattern section 18; and a molten metal path 14 extending in a vertical direction and having a lower end portion connected to a bottom portion at a center of the cap pattern section 18, the lost form pattern 13 being buried in a casting sand so that the opening of the cap pattern section 18 is directed upward in the vertical direction.
