Title:
CATALYSIS COMBUSTION HEATING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3863978
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately detect gas phase combustion in a catalysis combustion heating apparatus.
SOLUTION: Fuel gas is injected from an injection hole 202 into a housing 1 into which combustion support gas is introduced from one opening end 101 with the aid of a fuel gas supply part 2 to form a mixed air stream which takes a position in close vicinity of the injection hole 202 as an uppermost stream part. There is provided on the downstream side a catalyst part 302 for catalysis combusting mixed gas, and there is further provided a tube 301 through which a heating fluid flows. In a catalysis combustion heating apparatus with such construction there is provided temperature sensing means 4 in close vicinity of the injection hole 202 in the housing 1 for injecting combustion gas and on the more upstream side of a gas stream than the tube 301. The temperature sensing means 4 is exposed to a flame at the uppermost part position of the mixed air stream on starting gas phase combustion whereby measured temperature is raised.
