Abstract:
To provide chocolate containing cellooligosaccharide and cacao component, having bioactive effect and low calorie, and excellent in heat resistance, and to provide a food composition or a medicine composition mixed with the chocolate.
The chocolate which has bioactive effect and low calorie, and is excellent in heat resistance is obtained by mixing cellooligosaccharide with cacao component. The food composition or the medicine composition mixed with the chocolate is also provided.
