Abstract:
To solve such problems where although conventionally there are many kinds of adhesives composed of cellulose nanofiber and polyvinyl acetate, they are adhesives for use such as a thin re-peelable film and on the other hand, their adhesiveness is too weak for use as an adhesive between two metals, and although there are some expectations that they may be effective as an adhesive surface between irregular surfaces, there are drawbacks of easily peeling off from the adhesive surface or too long adhesion time required when used as an auxiliary adhesive for a silicone-based adhesive.SOLUTION: An adhesive of this invention is based on a mixing method of cellulose nanofiber. A mixing ratio with another material is without limitation, and strength/weakness of adhesive strength can be freely set and not especially limited. Among general agitators, a model for high viscosity is necessary. By gas venting, adhesiveness is improved without irregularity because excessive air from materials is removed by defoaming.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
