Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and automatically mold more than one kind of resin concrete pipes.
SOLUTION: A large number of pipe making machines 1-10 are provided side by side and cylindrical forms 1a-10a different in kind from each other are supported on the respective pipe making machines 1-10 and rails 15 and 15' are laid along the row of the pipe making machines 1-10 and a charging machine truck 16 is provided on the rails 15 and 15' to be stopped at the position opposed to the form of the pipe making machine designated among a plurality of the pipe making machines. The charging machine truck 16 is stopped in front of the designated pipe making machine on the basis of preset various data and a pipe making material is supplied into the form during rotation from a charging pipe 19 to centrifugally mold the resin concrete pipe. A plurality of resin concrete pipes different in kind from each other can be centrifugally molded while successively stopping the charging machine truck 16 in front of each of the pipe making machines.
