Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair equipped with a backrest which can follow the back of a sitter with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A chair 1 has: a leg 2 having leg pipes 21 as a main body; a seat 3 fixed on an upper end of the leg 2; a backrest 4 composed of a plurality of vertically-long members 40 which extend while being bent upward of the seat 3 from a lower surface side of the seat 3; and a back cover 5 removably fitted to the backrest 4. According to the embodiment, the backrest 4 is composed of a plurality of vertically-long members 40 that are configured separately from the seat 3, fixed to the seat 3, and are provided from the rear end of the seat 3 in the width direction side by side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
