Abstract:
To provide a chair for enabling a user to be seated with his/her legs inserted into a lower side of a seat part.SOLUTION: A chair 1 includes: a seat part 2 on which a user is seated; leg parts 3 for supporting the seat part 2; and a support base 4 for supporting the leg parts 3. The support base 4 includes: a front side support part arranged on a front side; and a rear side support part continuously arranged on a rear side of the front side support part. The front side support part is formed to be projected forward in a region in the vicinity of a center part in a width direction X from the other parts in the width direction X. A distal end part 41a projected forward in the front side support part is arranged on a rear side of a position corresponding to a front surface 2a of the seat part 2. A space S into which at least parts of legs of a user can be inserted is formed between a floor surface F and the seat part 2 under a distal end region 2c on a front side of the seat part 2 and under side regions 2d, 2d on a rear side of the distal end region 2c on a front side of the seat part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
