Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which can close a gap between a tilt tolerance hole on an installation base and a leg and stably maintain an expected performance of parts for a long time.SOLUTION: A chair includes: an installation base 10; a leg 11 tiltably supported on the installation base 10 in any direction; a seat body supported on top side of the leg 11; and an elastic member 19 for energizing the leg 11 to an initial tilting posture. The leg 11 includes a contact wall 18 which presses a top face of the elastic member 19. The installation base 10 is positioned on an upper side above the contact wall 18 of the leg 11, and has a tilt tolerance hole 15 through which the leg 11 is tiltably inserted. Above the contact wall 18, the leg 11 is integrally and tiltably engaged, and a cover member 26 is provided which closes the tilt tolerance hole 15 from lower side. A downward displacement of the cover member 26 is restricted in a non-fixed state to the leg 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
