To provide a charge control circuit which finely controls a secondary battery on the basis of a temperature of the secondary battery, secures safety at charging, and improves charging efficiency of the secondary battery, and to provide a charge control device using the circuit.
This charge control system comprises: a temperature detection terminal TDET which detects the temperature of the secondary battery 81 from an inputted detection voltage; a temperature comparison part 10 which has four threshold voltages V1 to V4 corresponding to four reference temperatures T1 to T4, compares the four threshold voltages V1 to V4 with the detection voltage inputted to the temperature detection terminal TDET, and outputs a temperature region signal which indicates a temperature range of the detection voltage; and a control part 20 which controls a charging current and/or a charging voltage on the basis of the temperature region signal outputted from the temperature comparison part 10.
