To provide a charging base that supports the lower portion of portable communication terminal equipment in a rising state so that it can be attached easily, can also support the upper portion of the portable communication terminal equipment in the case of slanting support, and can select and use a support form according to an intended purpose.

The charging base has an attachment body section for engaging and attaching the portable communication terminal equipment on a lower side, and a stand is vertically and rotatably provided on the back of the attachment body section. The stand is in a nearly L-shaped or T-shaped type in a side view, where an arm section whose one end is pivoted onto the back of the attachment body section is connected to a nearly trapezoidal ground base section. The nearly trapezoidal ground base section is arranged so that the side of the attachment body section becomes a nearly trapezoidal upper bottom in the rising state rotated at the bottom section side of a body section, and has a guide-like projection projecting so that the side section of the portable communication terminal equipment is supported in the slanting state rotated at the top side of the body section at the side of a nearly trapezoidal lower base.
