To obtain the subject unique cake capable of applying a pattern composed of plural kinds of chocolate raw materials different in at least color tone in a harmonized state to an extent desired from visual and gustatory viewpoints by arranging at least two kinds of chocolate raw materials at respective plural steric zones.

This chocolate cake 10 has a pattern formed by plural kinds of chocolate raw materials different in at least color tone and nearly simultaneously poured into a mold. At least two kinds of chocolate raw materials A, B are arranged nearly at respective plural steric zones. The cake may have a graduated pattern. As an alternative, at least one kind of chocolate raw material is encircled with plural kinds of chocolate raw materials. The cake may be integrated with other formed articles.
